Log in to your Woohoo account and open My Rewards, which sits under the "My Account" menu. Your balance is on that page, along with the ways to earn more and the vouchers you can redeem.

If some of your points are showing as pending, that's normal. Points from a purchase or a referral are approved 7 days after the order. Here's what each status means.

No balance showing at all? Check that you've joined the program - having a Woohoo account on its own doesn't sign you up, and joining is two clicks.
