Approved: these points are yours to spend right away.

Pending: these points are on their way, but you can't spend them yet. Points from a purchase or a referral are approved 7 days after the order.

Cancelled: these points won't be added to your account. This happens if an order is cancelled or refunded, for example - the points move from pending to cancelled.
