How do I join the Woohoo Crew Rewards Program?Updated a month ago

Joining is free, and it all happens on our rewards page.

If you're not logged in yet, click "Join or Log In" first. That sets up your Woohoo account, or signs you in if you already have one, and brings you back to the rewards page.

Then click "Join & Agree". That's the click that actually joins you to the program, and you'll start earning points from that moment.

Having a Woohoo account on its own doesn't sign you up for rewards. So if you've had an account for a while and have never seen a points balance, that second click is almost certainly why.

Already a member from before June 2026? You don't need to do a thing. Your points balance and your tier came across with you when we moved to our new rewards platform.
