Why did my Reward Points balance go down?Updated a month ago

There could be a couple of reasons for your points balance going down:

• You redeemed a discount voucher during your purchase.
• An order was changed, refunded or partially refunded after the initial purchase - we adjust points by the refunded amount.
• A friend you referred has since cancelled or refunded their purchase.
• Your points expired. This happens after 12 months with no activity on your rewards account - here's what keeps it active.
