Why did my Reward Points balance go down?Updated 2 months ago

There could be a couple of reasons for your points balance going down:

• You have redeemed a free product or discount code during your purchase.
• An order was changed, refunded or partially refunded after the initial purchase.
• 'Refer a Friend' Your friend's purchase has been cancelled or refunded.
• Your points may have expired after 12 months of inactivity on your rewards account
