Do Reward Points expire?Updated a month ago
Yes. Unredeemed points expire after 12 months of inactivity on your rewards account.
Earning or redeeming resets that 12 months, so plenty of things keep your account active:
- Making a purchase
- Writing a product review
- A friend using your referral code
- Redeeming a voucher
Your rewards page shows your current balance. If something doesn't look right, reach out and we'll take a look.
