What if I’m unhappy with my purchase? Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 2 months ago

If you’re not happy with your Woohoo purchase, you can return or exchange it.

  • First-time product purchases → request a return within 90 days of delivery.

  • Subsequent purchases → request a return within 30 days of delivery (unopened, original condition).

  • Samples → not physically returnable due to hygiene reasons, but fully covered by our 90 Day Guarantees (store credit only, limited to 2 per household every 12 months).

  • Products should be at least half full when returned (unless you’re returning under our Irritation Guarantee).

  • Free returns (Australia only) are available in certain cases but limited to 2 per household every 12 months.

  • Returns/exchange don’t apply to some products. These include Factory 2nds, clearance items, mystery products/packs, and gift cards.
