If you’re not happy with your Woohoo purchase, you can return or exchange it.
First-time product purchases → request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Subsequent purchases → request a return within 30 days of delivery (unopened, original condition).
Samples → not physically returnable due to hygiene reasons, but fully covered by our 90 Day Guarantees (store credit only, limited to 2 per household every 12 months).
Products should be at least half full when returned (unless you’re returning under our Irritation Guarantee).
Free returns (Australia only) are available in certain cases but limited to 2 per household every 12 months.
Returns/exchange don’t apply to some products. These include Factory 2nds, clearance items, mystery products/packs, and gift cards.
