We're sorry to hear that you've received a damaged or faulty product!
If you receive a damaged/faulty item in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your delivery (or discovery of the issue) so we can investigate what has happened.
Please let us know a few important pieces of information so we can help resolve your issue quickly:
- Which products from your order (and how many) seem to be affected
- The batch number printed on the product
- For deodorant sticks this will be in black on the bottom
- For deodorant pastes this will be printed on the side
- For other products it's usually printed near the barcode
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Your shipping address for the replacement if approved.
- Proof of purchase if it wasn’t purchased directly from woohoobody.com.au
