I've received a damaged or faulty item. What should I do?Updated 10 months ago

We're sorry to hear that you've received a damaged or faulty product!

If you receive a damaged/faulty item in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your delivery (or discovery of the issue) so we can investigate what has happened. 

Please let us know a few important pieces of information so we can help resolve your issue quickly:

  • Which products from your order (and how many) seem to be affected
  • The batch number printed on the product 
    • For deodorant sticks this will be in black on the bottom
    • For deodorant pastes this will be printed on the side
    • For other products it's usually printed near the barcode
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Your shipping address for the replacement if approved.
  • Proof of purchase if it wasn’t purchased directly from woohoobody.com.au

We'll be in touch with you soon after to advise if your order qualifies for a replacement, refund, or credit note.
