I’ve just ordered and would like to add/change the products in my order - what should I do?Updated 4 months ago

We can help with that! 

If you’ve realised that a change is needed within 2hrs of placing your order you can make the update by jumping into your Woohoo Account - ‘Order History’.  Or, by clicking on the link to Edit or View your order that is available in your order confirmation email. 

Otherwise, please let us know your order number and details of your changes as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't shipped yet we'll be able to make those changes right away for you. 

If it has shipped we'll still be able to help you out but it might take a bit longer as we'll need to arrange for the parcel to be returned to us so we can get the correct products on their way to you.
