How do I use (redeem) my Woohoo Crew Reward Points?Updated a month ago

You can use some (or all) of your points to redeem a discount voucher. There are three to choose from, and you can redeem more than one if you'd like:

• $5 off - 100 points, minimum spend $20
• $10 off - 200 points, minimum spend $20
• $20 off - 400 points, minimum spend $40

To redeem, head to your rewards dashboard and choose the voucher you'd like.

Once you've redeemed, you'll be given a discount code - you'll need to enter that code yourself at checkout. Redeeming the voucher doesn't apply it to your order automatically. We'll email the code to you, and you can always find your redeemed codes in your rewards dashboard, so there's no need to worry if you lose track of it. Just make sure your cart meets the minimum spend before you apply it.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day you redeem them, and can't be used on sale items, Factory 2nds or gift cards.
