I have a subscription - how do I redeem rewards?Updated 9 months ago

If you’ve accumulated some reward points (as a part of the Woohoo Crew Rewards Program) and want to redeem these, Please Login to your Woohoo account and take a look at your available reward options under ‘My Rewards’

Once you have decided whether you would like to redeem your points for a Product or a Discount please follow the appropriate option below.

Redeem a Product - Please email us before your next automatic order is due, to let us know which product you would like to redeem and include with your order, as the Woohoo Crew will take care of adding this manually.

Redeem a Discount - Select and click on your chosen discount reward from 'My Rewards'. Be sure to copy the voucher code that is generated so that you can apply it to your subscription. 

Next, access your subscription via ‘My Subscriptions’ under the My Account Menu. Select ‘Apply Discount’ and enter your voucher code then press Apply.  Your reward will reduce your balance for the upcoming automatic order - Yay!

PS If you are super eager for your goodies and don’t want to wait until your subscription date arrives, you can select ‘Get Now’ to trigger your order right away
