Guidance on essential oils in pregnancy varies by oil, and whether any of it applies to you is a question for you and your midwife or GP. That part isn't ours to answer. What we can do is make sure you walk into that conversation with real information.

We use essential oils and certified natural fragrances because we don't use synthetic fragrance. Every product page lists its full ingredients, in order of quantity.

One honest caveat: our natural fragrances come to us as certified blends, so we can tell you one is in a product, but not every component of it. If you've been told to avoid a particular oil, tell us the product and we'll tell you what we know. Where we can't be certain, we'll say so rather than guess.
