Our Factory 2nds are products that are slightly imperfect — usually minor packaging damage, like a marked or loose lid — but the product inside is the same high quality you can always count on at Woohoo.

Factory 2nds aren't always available and come and go in small quantities. Due to high demand, there's a purchase limit of 2 per category to keep things fair. The categories are Deodorant Paste, Deodorant Stick, Body Care, Skincare and Hair Care — so you could take two paste 2nds and two stick 2nds in the same order.

Factory 2nds are sold as-is when it comes to their exterior condition, and no further discounts apply. They're still covered by our 90 Day Sensitivity and Freshness Guarantees, though — if a Factory 2nd irritates your skin or doesn't work for you, get in touch and we'll arrange store credit. They can't be sent back to us, so store credit is how we resolve these.
