If you’ve realised that a change is needed within 2hrs of placing your order, you can make the update by jumping into your Woohoo Account ‘Order History’. Or, by clicking on the link to Edit or View your order that is available in your order confirmation email.
Otherwise, please let us know the order number and correct address as soon as possible.
Hopefully, we can grab your parcel and re-address it before it leaves Woohoo HQ.
If it has already left, we may be able to help you organise a redirection so your parcel arrives at the right location. 👍🏼
