Help - I've redeemed points for a discount but now I can't find the discount code.Updated a month ago

Two places to look.

First, check your inbox. We email the code to you as soon as you redeem a voucher.

If you can't find the email, log in to your Woohoo account, click "My Profile" and select "Rewards". Your unused vouchers are in the Coupons section, each with its expiry date and a button to copy it.

You can also find them on your rewards page: under "Redeem Rewards", switch from "Available" to "Redeemed".

Redeemed vouchers are valid for 12 months, so an unused one won't have disappeared on you. If you still can't track it down, get in touch and we'll have a look for you.
