For the great big amazing world of ours, we send your order with Australia Post.

The rates vary depending on your order size, as we charge Australia Post rates (with built-in tariffs for USA).

Orders over $50 qualify for a $5 shipping discount (excludes wholesale).

Unfortunately we aren't able to ship to the EU at the moment, due to increased regulations impacting the import of cosmetic products.

All orders worldwide have tracking numbers so you're never left wondering where your parcel is! We'll try our very best to send your order the next business day after it's placed, but during peak times please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.

International Express orders are sent with full tracking via the Australia Post International Express Courier Service (the best we could find!) and take 3 to 10 business days.

If you're a long way from Australia and outside of Asia, there's no need to be concerned your parcel won't arrive for ages. Your delivery will get there super-duper fast with our extremely reliable courier-level service :)

If you are a wholesale customer and have a large order please contact us and we can get a courier quote for you.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES FOR NON-USA CUSTOMERS:

This can vary depending on where you live. Customs is a complicated beast! Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are your responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

We can confirm though, our lucky customers Hong Kong and Japan won't have customs fees to worry about due to the Free Trade Agreement with Australia.
