In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Woohoo purchase, you can return (refund or exchange) it within 90 days of your purchase. 

Refunds & exchanges are available for all products (including bundles and samples), with the excception of 2nds, clearance items, rewards, mystery products/packs, and gift cards.

To initiate a return, simply contact us so that we can discuss and make the arrangements.
