Cardboard and liquids aren't the best of friends, so it's worth keeping them apart where you can.

Store your deodorant stick somewhere cool and dry, ideally below 25°C and out of direct sunlight - a cupboard or cabinet rather than out on the shelf. Bathrooms can get quite steamy if you love a hot shower.

If it does get wet, there's some potential for the cap or base to warp, or for a little colour transfer. So if your Woohoo is mistaken for a bath toy by one of the children, pop it somewhere dry and safe until it's fully dried out.

What about heat? Our sticks have a tested melting point above 45°C. Heat can affect a stick well below that point, though, so please don't leave one in the car - they can soften, melt, or leak.

If your stick has arrived melted, leaked, or won't hold together, that's not something you should have to live with. Get in touch with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out - you can choose a refund, a replacement, or an exchange.
