The collar of my Refillable Deodorant Case is stuck. Help!Updated 3 months ago

When removing the collar it needs to be turned clockwise (it's the opposite of what you'd expect!).

If you've tried turning it in both directions and it's still not unscrewing, your collar may need some gentle help to get unstuck. Just give the collar a gentle tap on a solid surface and it should release.

If your collar is still stuck, try popping your Deodorant Case in the freezer for a few minutes. This can allow the aluminium to contract, then retry the above.
