Bacteria require water in order to survive, and Woohoo is a completely waterless product.

That's part of the beauty of it - it doesn't even require preservatives since there's nothing for bacteria to feed on.

So as long as you are always using clean, dry fingers or a spatula/tea spoon to get your paste out of the jar, there is no need to be concerned.
