My Woohoo stick has a crack or hole in the surface - is that normal?Updated a year ago

Please don't worry, this is nothing to be concerned about.

During the rapid cooling process, a little air bubble travelling up through the molten formula can cause a small hole to appear in your deodorant.  Your stick will still work exactly the same. 

And there is no need to be concerned that you’ve received less deodorant than you were meant to, as we check the weight of every single deodorant to make sure every single one is at least 60 grams. 😊
