I have a subscription - how do I take advantage of special offers (like free gifts)?Updated a month ago

We often apply any promotional discounts or gifts to your subscription automatically, however, sometimes we may provide you with a discount code to use instead. 

If you choose to take up the promotional offer, you can add this discount voucher to your subscription - as long as your subscription falls within the promotion period and meets all other offer conditions (like minimum spends, for example).

Please note that any discount codes added to your subscription will be applied on top of your existing subscription discount (usually 20%). So if we give you a discount code for 19%, this will be added to your 20% discount, resulting in a 35% total discount. 

Please also note that minimum spends for free gifts and free shipping are calculated after other discounts are applied.

For other offers that are a bit more complicated (like Buy 1, Get 1 Free), please let us know you’d like to take advantage of the offer before your order is generated and we’ll take care of you.

You are welcome to bring your subscription forward into the promotional period to take advantage of the offer.
