How long do Woohoo skin, body & hair products last? What's the shelf life?Updated a month ago

Shelf life depends on the product and on whether it's been opened.

Unopened, most of our products keep for about 18 months from delivery.

Once opened, check the open jar symbol on the pack. The number in it is how many months that product is good for from the day you open it. Most are 6 months. Deodorants and most oils are 12 months, and a few are 3 months, including Cloud 9, the Armpit Detox Mask, Spoonful of Sugar and Kicks and Giggles. Our sample sizes and the lip balm are too small for the symbol, so go by those figures instead.

Storage makes a real difference to both. Keep your products somewhere cool and dry, ideally below 25°C and out of direct sunlight. Heat is what ages a product fastest, so a warm bathroom shelf is the toughest spot you could pick.

A couple of extra notes:

• With anything you dip your fingers into, always use clean dry hands. It makes a difference to how long the product stays at its best.
• If you're stocking up, buy what you'll get through in that time.
