A smooth, gentle glide is exactly what your Woohoo deodorant stick should feel like, so we're sorry to hear yours isn't performing as it should.

Our deodorants are made with natural waxes, butters and powders, and occasionally Mother Nature has her way with the texture over time. If your stick feels rough, gritty or scratchy, that isn't normal — and we'll make it right.

Here's what can happen:

• Our formula is melted, blended until smooth, then poured and chilled to set. If the deodorant is stored somewhere warm, some ingredients can soften, shift and rebond as it cools, which affects the texture.
• Powder ingredients in particular can shift from their suspended state and create a rough or scratchy feel on the surface. Shea butter and the natural waxes can do something similar.

Just get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible — you can choose a refund, a replacement, or an exchange, whichever you'd prefer. A photo helps us understand what's happened, and if you can read the batch code stamped on the base, send that through too.

To keep your sticks at their best, store them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
